Why does my Label Cutter's take-up roll start to turn before the take-up lever reach the sensor position?

First, you can check whether the waste sensor is working properly or not, then open the back cover of the label cutter,connect the ports from the waste sensor to the delivery sensor.

Secondly,if the swing lever of the waste sensor works normally, the most possible problem is the delivery sensor. If not, same situation occurs with the lever of the delivery sensor, then the driver board of the delivery sensor most likely is broken.
